A cozy and warm house, a modern living space home design features interaction with outdoor. A small size residence, that turn into a dream house, and inspiring modern space with outdoor interacts. A new multi-functional space and a remodeled kitchen and dining room, everything revolves around a new three-sided fireplace. The fireplace is at the core of the space and acts as a focal point while separating the spaces. The fireplace is positioned to open to all living spaces and the outdoor patio. These new spaces allow the rest of the existing house that will be connected with the outside. The garage was moved, creating better access in and out of the garage and letting the rest of the back of the house to open to the outside. The new local store spaces of the track. The garage is covered with plaster full color contrasting but complementing the existing house and stucco walls painted site. The store is hidden behind panels of birch allowing the garage to be minimal and uncluttered. The new garage acts as a showcase for the owners loved restored 1970 Citroen DS. The canopy was added between the living areas and new garage to create a transitional space and extra storage for the new kitchen. The pantry is covered with birch panels with hidden pullout pantry doors.
