A contemporary three storey house that located in madrid. This three storey house is decorated and furnished with impeccable taste and the latest trends, but without forgetting, in any case the needs of everyday life. The owners, a married couple with two children at the gates of adolescence, decided to organize on the top floor, an airy loft-space to hang out, study and play reserved for children. The other two floors of the house were studied and organized by the interior and Dew Marta Rafecas Padura, the result is a suggestive decoration, calm and gentle, thoughtful and, most importantly, very welcoming.

The spacious lounge, fitted to the first floor, attests to this. He dominated the palette of raw and white, both in upholstery and in the coatings, a great resource to enhance clarity. The light wood and natural fibers help warm the atmosphere, though, facing the coldest days of winter, the undisputed star is the brick chimney. Their presence was highlighted to be of the wall where it is located in an elegant Japanese paper. The supplements also play their decorative function: both large bulbs, like the precious oil which endow chairs the personality living space, while the fabrics, colored chocolate, give it some depth. The kitchen, located on this floor, is spacious and functional. White laminated furniture, and convenient dining journal with an extendable table, make up this environment, which has a separate laundry room, designed for daily family life. At this point, access to housing, there is also a small guest toilet and a cozy lobby.
